I'm not sure how you could debate how the world will end. I mean, unless you're planning to do it yourself by releasing a man made virus into the world or something, nobody really has much control over it.

Overpopulation, which will lead to us needing more and more food and fuel. Our need for farmland will wipe out forests and their species as we go on to eat everything we can. As we live in bigger cities, in closer proximity, new diseases will arise and be spread more rapidly. Our waste will pollute oceans and pile up landfills, we will run dry every last reserve of oil as water becomes more filthy, leading to a shortage in clean drinking water. As our resources run out, we will turn to war and every major city in the world will be at risk. Eventually we will either starve or dehydrate... Or the lucky ones might get killed in the wars.

No gods, no doomsdays, no 2012's... We will be the cause of our own destruction.

Overpopulation, overconsumption and unnecessary waste, running out of land for garbage landfills, new housing and cemeteries, running out of water that we can actually use, wars and corrupt politicians. So many possibilities for the end of the earth if nothing is done to change the path we're on.

Well...I can't say anymore because it's been said already. I agree 100% over-population will be our death. A lot of people are still procreation and anti-abortion. And we get more and more technology to prolong old people's lives and save possible miscarriages. We live a life of luxury where almost nothing can harm us. Shit does happen but we have no predators to take us down and with all the technology we are protected by a lot of mother nature's fury. Once we become overpopulated food will be scarce because there are more people. Cramped living spaces, little food, fighting for clean water, vaccinations will be extremely limited, maybe only for the rich or those who can afford it. People will start fighting for food, water, etc. Jobs will be even scarcer than they are now. I can see countries EASILY going to war for simple things such as land for food because we overgrazed or dried out the land to where it is now useless and will grow nothing. You milk the cow until it croaks and dies.

Of course it won't happen tomorrow but it is our future if we keep up the way we are. Or so I believe.

Nuclear wepaons.

Honestly I think the WORLD will die when the sun dies (which will happen some day....its undeniable) but humans will die because of either nuclear war or overpopulation and everyone going hungry and not having water.

the one way i dont want humans to die is zombies D: I will shoot myself in the head if people start walking around eating other people. I do not want to get eaten and I do not want to be a zombie...when I die I stay dead thank you
