WE ONLY HAVE THREE FINGERS?

The new gloves in the masquerade shop only have three fingers. I was sitting there going, ".. These look off... Hm.. THEY ONLY HAVE THREE FINGERS." Then I sat here... Why? I went to check other gloves... SOME ONLY HAVE THREE FINGERS.

Mind = blown.

I just always assumed that our avatars had four, they were just drawn with the hand at a slight angle so that we only saw three. Mostly, I guess, I assumed this because some of the gloves (like the old formal and fingerless gloves) had four fingers to them? This is freaking me out.

Ahaha, half of the gloves have four and half of them have three. I don't see what would be ever so mind-blowing about this, though. Many cartoons depict the humanoid characters with only four digits (three fingers and one thumb) per hand.

Thumbs =/= fingers.

I see three fingers and a thumb. I assume shippo wasn't counting the thumb as a finger. There should be four fingers and a thumb, so either the artists messed something up or our avatars do indeed only have three fingers.

Ah, I assumed she was counting the thumb. My mistake. I assumed this because when I first glanced at the colored ones, like the brown one, the thumb tended to blend in and it didn't even appear like it was there at first.

It's okay. I do think it is rather odd, though, that some of the gloves have three fingers and some have four, and it is somewhat impossible to tell if our avatars actually only have three fingers or if it's just the angle of the left hand that makes the fourth finger impossible to see >.>

I guess I am just so mind blown because... I just never noticed before? Like, I see this avatar almost every day and the idea of it having four fingers has always been in my mind.. And now I am like "we have only three fingers, whut?"
