Hello ladies, anybody around? How's the weather over there? 'Cause we're pretty much buried in snow :D

Im half around, lol. We are doing some work around the house and I'll be popping in every time I need a break. About the same here weather wise. It started to look very spring like, so of course we got about two feet of snow in a day. I'll be glad when it is actually spring and getting ready to go out places it a lot easier.

Every time I have to go out, even if it's just to take out the garbage, I have to put on this huge coat, 'cause it's freezing out there! Well it's not really that huge, but I'm just 1.6m (5' 3") and the coat looks so bug and heavy, I hate it. But I have to stay warm, so I'll put on gloves, hat, scarf, boots and everything :D

For me, I have to put on my jacket, boots, and gloves. But I also have to put on Alex's boots, jacket, hat and gloves. Not to mention Im trying to carry a huge diaper bag with a blanket for him plus Im 5 months pregnant and huge myself. By the time I get to the car Im overheated and exhausted lol

Oh man, as much as I love snow and wish for it for my birthday, enough is enough. And of course it didn't snow on my birthday, or Christmas or New Year's Eve for that matter :D

We did have snow for Christmas and then it all melted within a day or two. Then it snowed on New Years and again melted in a few days. A few years ago I wore a tshirt out to my parents Christmas morning because not only was there no snow, but it was warm out. It felt more like Easter then Christmas.

Anything changed with Major Drills? I haven't done those quests in a lot of time, and I decided to try my luck today. I got only 4 plugs, and 3 items: an elixir, a tulip skirt and a pirate vest. I think it's pretty good actually, I remember never getting items before, even after finishing more than half of his quests every day :D

Ive never gotten anything but ear plugs so I stopped doing them. It always seemed like a waste

Same here, but I like the variety of the tasks. I remember stocking up on scratchcards, playing Spectrail, I never do those things. And I like sending anon gifts with lolcats :D [edit] On another note, the snowtapult is still open? / points at 's HA

I think I may start doing them again, just because I get bored and have nothing better to do, lol. Being stuck at home all the time sucks.

I took the day off today and tomorrow. This would be a good thing today, however, I've got an exam tomorrow, so I'll (supposedly) study all day today. But thankfully it's my last one :)

Its one of the last Luminaire achievements I need so Im just hoarding them until next time.

I would love a day off but now that my fiance has a part time job as well as his full time job, Im barely going to get a break even on weekends now. The joys of having a family and a house, lol.
