I'm going to talk with the artist about this :) We'll try and fix it up a bit more! (I believe she's on leave right now though, so it might take a little while!)

Apologies! I had them (the pings) saved in my events tab to reply to, and then there was that glitch where the events got deleted, then I was re-pinged and honestly I just wanted to wait until I had something concrete to update you with :)

My artist for these has been working on parts of this set (not the whole thing, just what we felt were the biggest offenders) and I saw the updates last night. It's looking pretty nice to me!

I realise it's been a long time by this point, but my artist on this set has had some health problems, and it's been difficult to work around schedules and other more pressing items. But we're about there! If it had been anything other than an SBQ set I would have had another artist fix it up, but these sets are specifically done by certain artists, and so I had to wait for the stars to align (and my dear artist to be up for the job!)

The following pieces from this set have had their overlays updated to more closely match their original versions or to remove the 'glow':

- there will be no more changes made to this set. Reactions to the kimono and wig revamps were not nearly as negative as the jewellery, and as such they will not be altered again. I realise that there are some users that will not be happy with this decision, but this is the choice we have made based on the larger response, and we now consider this revamp complete.

- I'm afraid this isn't something we do, as it halts our progress as a site. If we started doing it for this item, we would be asked to do it for many others; others that may have had a much greater need for revamp than this item did, but were still loved by /somebody/ enough to want to keep the old art.
