As far as the poor Kumos goes,it's the fault of posting and pounding the SAME time or close to it.

I saw her in the pound as well,but I have no room.It was only the fault of using Decision time as the abandon time.

I would suggest filling out a ticket,as it is Neo and beta are different.

Maybe just MAYBE Keith or another staff will contact the member who got her and give her back to the old owner.

Second... user to user pet adoptions are done so at your own risk! Once a pet is abandoned, it is available to be adopted from the pound by anyone. The adoptee is under no obligation to give it back, or give it to the person it was intended to go to. If the user who adopted the pet says they don't want to give it up, leave it at that. Do NOT harass them about it.

If you have adopted a pet and are being harassed about it, follow the harassment procedures in the Basic Site/Forum Rules.

Yeah, it is true that pets are fair game once they're released into the pound, but the person who grabbed him isn't a random user. It's a person who was obviously bitter about not earning Eqoh herself, and decided to more or less steal her. I would consider it basically the same thing as stealing the pet, assuming she was told straightforward that Eqoh was going to YOU, not to her.

Just explain the situation in the ticket. I'm not sure if a UA is allowed to take a pet from a user and give it back to you, but maybe they'll warn the user or talk some sense into her somehow, idk /:
