There's oddly nothing to do now that I'm done studying :I. It feels weird. Today I cleaned the house, ate a bag of chips, and then I played around with sofetch. It's so hot here, like almost in the 30s, that's really hot for where I live this time of year D:.

Oooh I know, last night was so terrible here, it was difficult to fall asleep. I keeping saying I wished for summer in winter, but it's just way too hot. I can't remember a summer that's started this hot here. This is August weather for us.

It's 33 degrees (around 91), normally it's much cooler... And we don't even have air conditioning in my house, so that's the main thing. If we had that I'd sit by it all day LOL.

Basically I sit here crying about the heat and melting slowly into a little puddle while I mentally force my fan to work faster than the highest setting.

But with that being said when i lived in my apt i didnt even use heat during the winter, i do now that ive moved into a house but id probably freeze up there with all the snow yall get

Wait...stuffed with what? Are you talking about Dolma (meatless), I grew up with grape leaves stuffed with ground lamb and rice lol it was one of my favorite summer foods growing up...that and tabuleh!. I am not a chicken fan unless its deep fried or very, very spicy

the stuffing for dolmah is rice, allspice, a touch of cinnamon, lemon and mint but like anything, it depends on your taste, very labor intensive. Tabuleh is an all day affair because you're hand-chopping everything, if its put through the food processor it gets really mushy

I was lucky enough to grow up in a fair sized city but also, it was cultural Lebanese and Egyptian, but give it a try...its very, very healthy and the perfect dinner for a hot day, add some pita bread and a sharp cheese and you'd have a feast fit for visiting royalty
