Since when aren't you allowed to give away a FFQ? Last when I was really into neo -sadly back when I was charter- it was allowed... Why the change? Or do you not know?

Well you /kinda/ are...you can make a NEW pet or one YOU have and paint it and give/trade it away. But like if my friend got one and she wanted to paint MY current draik as a gift, then that is not allowed. I don't know why they made it against the rules :(

That's stupid though. I guess its good for a custom trade, but its stupid if you wanted to be nice and help someone out...

Indeed it is stupid. That and the no buying art rule kinda makes being on there for an extended amount of time unbearable. But, I am still there. I mostly want the art because of her birthday.
