hey listen ladies and Troll this is a serious request for advice: when you submit a recolor of an item do you just write in the notes-to-staff box "this is a recolor of existing CW blahblahblah which I previously submitted and has been approved and released on site"

or do you do the whole references etc rigmarole again?

re-colour of the item. they already have a record of your submittion so unless the re-colour is a tribute it's fine

i gave the references in the first submission because although it's not a tribute it's an "influenced/inspired by" so I don't need to do all that again, right? i am super scared of getting frozen ;_;

no. they have a record of it already so unless the re-colour is like a trademark thing it's fine. if you feel nervous about you can do it all over again but you don't really have to. :)
