Well, I can't afford it now... But, I was envisioning a similar style to your art for his profile. I was thinking a tree, with lots of swirls worked into the trunk and leaves, coming up the left side of the screen, which would have a hover on the trunk revealing his books. In the tree itself, would be his pet version of him in a small nest. There would be butterflies flying above the tree and grass would fade off to a blue sky. The butterflies would be where to put the mouse to hover over to reveal certain things. I did the /worst/ quick doodle ever to kinda give you an idea of what I was thinking: here it is. I didn't spend any time on it, just wanted a quick doodle. I'm not sure how I'd incorporate his HA version in that though... What do you think?

That seems like a neat profile! I'm flattered that you think my style is good enough for this, but as I've pretty much specialized myself in drawing humans, I'm not sure if this is a project for me. Anyway, you can keep me posted if you think there's anything I can do. :)

Love it! You're so talented! The only thing I'd change is maybe angling the left elbow back a little and showing his hand or make it slightly more obvious that it is in his pocket because right now it looks like his hand is behind his back. The face and clothes and are amazing. I LOVE his hair shape.

Really? That's a shame, I'd have snagged that spot yesterday if I'd seen it! I have two characters that I've been having a hard time deciding between, so I figured I'd give their HA-references and a bit of info about both and let you choose whichever you're more interested in, if that's alright? Whichever you choose, I'd like it to be a non-chibi waist-up, with a transparent background.

Tari

Short and built more stocky and muscular than most females. Angular features, but normally angular, not pointed like a fairy. Tends to wear close-fitting clothes preferably in dark colors. Her skin is very lightly tanned, her hair thick and black, and her eyes a brilliant gold. Fiery-tempered and quick to react, she's not the most polite or tolerant to others, and her affinity for fire and compulsion to try violence as a solution before all other options don't exactly help. Her expression should be a scowl, though not something outright angry or aggressive. Just.. not happy. She's got quite a bit of a story, but not much of it is typed. I'll supply it later, if you choose her.

Ix

Tall and almost androgynous, Tari and Ix are considerably different. Her skin is pale, hardly touched by the sun, and her hair is similar: blonde with more white-blonde streaks. Her eyes are a vibrant purple, more like than the fucia in her HA. By almost-androgynous I do mean that she doesn't have the most feminine build, but she does have a little bit of a curve to her waist and chest, and the close-fitting (if male-style) clothes she wears don't deliberately hide it. Her facial features aren't extremely feminine either, but she's pretty enough, though it might help if she ever smiled... Ix is a leader, a manipulator of simple-minds, and a stone-cold killer. She has her weaknesses, having lost everyone she loved (and knowing she could have stopped it), but she hides them the best she can. Outwardly she's just.. cold. She tends to stick to herself, and would probably step down from her position of leadership if she thought anyone else capable of taking her place, but her ego and memories of how much it took to rise to where she is keep her from doing anything rash. She, also, has a bit of story, but it's in a lot of places, so if you choose her I'd probably just give a short summary. ^^;

Neither of them have piercings, tattoos, wings, fangs, extensive/obvious scars, or anything too complex. Hope one of them catches your eye! ^^

I'm leaning toward drawing Ix. So if you want to give me a bit about her story? Of course, if you prefer, you can have art for both of them with one slot. Do note that I ask for a tip for a transparent background, since these do take me extra work. Thanks! I'll put you down for the slot!
