Our prime minister wants to pass a bill that means that under 25's won't get housing benefit. It is -hard- to get a job here at the moment, really hard. I have been looking for almost 2 years and I really, genuinely feel like I won't be able to afford to move out of my parents' house until I'm at least 30 at this rate; this is only going to make it worse. Scrap the housing benefit? That's not reality. Yes, young people should 'get a job' to contribute to the economy and pay taxes ect, but it is -not- -that- -easy-. In reality, this is going to leave many young people homeless, having to move back in with their parents. And what if they can't do that?
