Hope this is the right place to put this. When I get an event ping for the Hustler I no longer find him at the top of the cash shop page nor is he listed as being part of the cash shop.

I just bought a Hypno-Monocle from the user shop and pressed the small 'add to wardrobe' sign underneath. The green 'moved' sign appeared but it is not showing up in my wardrobe. Is there a delay?

Yes, there is a delay while the cache updates. You might be able to see it faster if you use the old wardrobe, though.
