Will the botique items be put in the cash shop section? Also I love this so much, It will make sorting my vault and pricing much easier!
Yep! Boutique are considered cash shop items, so they'll have that rarity.
The Adriette Bobblehead (r125) has a different rarity than all the other bobbles (r150) (at least of those that I have). Not sure if you just happened to overlook that one or its the first to be changed.
Wow, that is some task you have there. Keep up the good work.
Let me know when you are ready for coffee and cookies. <3

Awesome! Good luck on that huge sorting task. I cant even imagine what it will take. But am so excited to see it in the works!
Thanks for the update!
I see there is no category "retired" anymore. What if the item is retired (or the "location" changes, e.g. is restocked in the crystal shop at some point or regular shop items that are now game prizes)? Will the rarity stick or will it be changed then?
Retired rarity is still a thing! It just hasn't changed so I didn't add it to the list. :)
Is Quentin's Quest pool going to be updated? I think he only asks for r175 and a random restockable?
This is great, thank you!

- I can understand that. I think it would be useful to have seasonal shops separate from things like floaters, tot etc... but that might just be me
We discussed separating it but what if we end up having 20 more shops at some point in the future? We ended up going with general but descriptive categories (game prizes, special shops, holiday item, etc) for that reason. We don't want to start one system and have it end up biting us in the butt later on. Also having 2395836 rarities would just be rough for all of us haha.
- ah I didn't mean each seasonal shop having a different rarity. Just all seasonal shops being different to the event items.
Just to clarify why it could mess us up: I personally like having rarities close to each other if they are related, so if we did a group of rarities for each holiday (morostide, luminaire, etc) they'd have to be a block of numbers (170, 171, 172) for example. What if we want to add in more dividers like Morostide ToT, Morostide Pumpkin Patch, Morostide Misc -- those start adding up fast. I didn't want to have groups of numbers randomly thoughout the number line of holiday things (because what if we add more to a holiday and it's already blocked off on both ends?
Now that I've seen your second post, I'm like OH WHOOPS WE WERE TALKING TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. Event items and seasonal shop items go hand in hand though, because they are still technically part of that holiday. Like luminaire has floaters, the grab bag, and now the shop. It's all still New years, just a different way of distribution. This past year for Fireside we had items go out a bunch of different ways. It's just easier keeping them all a generic "holiday" haha.
- hee hee glad we are on the same page. I started reading your post and though "no we are still talking about different things" ^_^; I can understand the perspective. I like using Subetalodge a lot for organising my item hoarding and sometimes it is easier to use the item rarity than search the item notes. I like to hoard what I think of as 'freebies' (floaters, tot, pp etc..). However if they are all the same rarity as seasonal shop items it makes it harder to separate them. Chances are it's only me that this would benefit so I shall quit flogging the dead horse on this ;)
