However, I only hope for Obama to bring a immigration reform. Something like this: To be legally able to work and live in the U.S. you have to have paid your taxes in the last 3-5 years. Able to speak/write High School level english. Haven't commit any medium/high criminal offense (parking ticket and things like that are ok.) Pay a fine for being illegally in this country. Know basic history from this country. If this happen and leave the reform up permanently. The population on big cities might increase but there could be more money circulating from taxes. I do see a higher unemployment rate. For that, they could just have to increase taxes from outside goods. That way, they could have to bring the jobs in.
Actually, to lower taxes on small businesses and give them a brake, promote work in our own country, and a host of other factors I had in my English research project last year, we would be out of economic grief. Legal immigration actually is at a high level and they do have to know basic history and at least some form of English otherwise they'd never make it. Population would rapidly decrease if we restricted it to a higher English level, we have the most complicated language. Putting taxes on imports would hurt the rest of the world, and eventually us since we have exports.
To bring jobs in, just lower taxes and cut the top of the govern officials pay. They put us in debt. Put in a new set in the system where the pay is budgeted and monitored to make sure they aren't wasting. For an example: Vice President Biden buying fourteen Ferrari's is senseless. Sure, he hasn't, but he probably could if he wanted to. Officials have their own private jets, why can't they just plane-pool with other high-ups? That sounds dumb, but it lowers the gas demand, and the wasteful spending.

Medium income families count as entrepreneurs too. Considering low income families can't afford it. Higher income, they don't actually need it unless they want to try some kind of new business to hit big. There are around 12m-20m people working/living illegally in the U.S. Current population is around 314m people, thats 3.8%-6.3% of the population. We make only 1m+ per year into citizen. That means around 1 out of 10 to 20 illegal immigrants you meet will get a citizenship. If we got taxes from those immigrant that dont get citizenship, get could get much more money. The most complicated language in my knowledge was Chinese follow by Arabic. I might be wrong, however. English is a really easy language to learn, even more then spanish. I speak spanish and I can warranty you that. We are the number one consumers in the world. The only thing we are the number one of exporting are weapon to my knowledge. Something that as an american, I'm not very proud of. It will increase the price of your 40 dollars shoes made in china or vietnam to like 100+ dollars in retail stores. However, could you prefer some chinese shoes for 100 dollars or a better quality american shoes for 120 dollars? That could bring jobs into the U.S. Monitoring politician is good. However, Obama took his wife to a dinner, do you remember that. Tv, news, internet were eating him alive because of that. Could he do it again, I don't think so. I don't think thats a big of an issue. Also, he is the president. Can you imagine him in a commercial flight with all the security and all. I feel it could be more expensive to secure the airplane then the president owning one considering the major amount of flights he as to do.
You can be a president!! You arent old enough. You have to be almost twice as old to be one :p
