(( Shall I start with Jeremy picking Scar up at the airport?))
[[ Sounds good to me. ]]
(( I'll take your word for it. xD We're starting.))
The sun was just beginning to droop past overheard and into the afternoon when a restored '69 Chevy Camaro pulled up to the airport waiting dock. The car gleamed in the two o' clock sun, baby blue paint waxed to a perfect shine. This car was his beloved, and Jeremy took good care of it. The top was down and he had his aviator shades resting on the bridge of his nose. It was a beautiful day in Florida. He checked his watch and checked the information he had printed off about her flight. She would be here a little after two thirty. He was here in plenty of time. As much as he didn't like the idea of having a unfamiliar woman in the house, she wasn't a complete stranger, and he couldn't say no to doing a favor for his brother. In the meantime, Jeremy hopped out of the car and popped the hood, checking to make sure the engine was as beautiful as the outside.
Scarlett had woken up from her long nap to see that there was only a half hour left of the flight. She sighed. "Attention ladies and gentlemen we will be in Florida within twenty minutes.." the flight attendant announced. Scarlett got up and went to the bathroom. She checked her hair and make-up and returned to her seat. She looked around the plane and waited for something exciting to happen.
Jeremy tinkered a little under the hood, and when he was positive the car was in tip top condition, he put the hood back down and got back in the car, grabbing a rag out of the back to wipe the grease off his hands with. Normally he would just wipe his hands on his jeans and not worry about it, but he wanted to at least look acceptable for his guest. Besides, he was wearing his good jeans. And he didn't want to get grease on the car's upholstery. Jeremy waited a little more, and looked down at his center console. This car was too old for a radio, and he hadn't put one in yet. He made a mental note to make that his next project after the '66 Mustang he had half restored at work. In the meanwhile, he just drummed his fingers on the car and waited.
Scarlett's plane soon landed. She got up out of her seat and got off the plane. As she expected there was the paparazzi. She avoided them and went to grab her bags. She went outside the airport to look for Jeremy. Of course she had only seen him once or twice but she hadn't forgot his face.
The cameras easily gave away that Scar's plane had landed. Jeremy took off his aviators and looked into the airport, trying to spot her. When he did, he waved to her so she would see him. She still looked like she had last time they'd met, who knows how long ago. He didn't really know her that well, but she still wasn't a stranger, and they hadn't hated each other the first few times they met, so Jeremy didn't think there would be much of a problem with her staying at the house. As long as JD didn't mind it.
