I finished the drawing of Tactician, it can be found here. I tried to include both the scroll and feather quill as asked, and also did my best to conform her attire to the reference sketches.

It may take me a little longer than intended to finish your drawings, I have a massive project due on Thursday. So I can't work on commissions until I finish that, but on the upside, since it's due on Thursday, I can go back to doing commissions on Thursday.
