You were just going to look at the cruxtruder. You decide to figure out which card was your weapon. As you scan a random card, your 2XSword violently ejects out out your inventory. Whoops, you scanned it backwards.

Youl hurry and look around your hive for something and only find oven mitts. You equip them, and your strife changes to Gauntletkind. Odd, Mitts aren't Gauntlets.

You panic a little at the idea that every lusus is going to die. What if they suffer like Joseph did? That would really suck.

Enough. You decide to look around your hive and down on the ground, to see where all this stuff has been put. Right next to your hubtop, in between you and the door, is this damn giant metal thing that appears to have no use whatsoever. Well, that's going to be useful. You check your hubtop to see exactly what it is. Apparently it's a TOTEM LATHE, whatever that means. There's a clasp-like thing, a wheel that tightens it, and some buttons and things.

Well, at least you have the window. You go to look out of it, and see three more similar devices. Two are large and square, one flatter than the other, and one looks much like a desk with a prehistoric hubtop on top. They're all very close together. It doesn't look all too practical. Ah well.

You look around your room again. The walls of your treehouse are stereotypically made of wood. Stereotypical of what, you're not sure. It's much larger than a house you'd expect to be able to fit in a tree, but the tree is pretty big too. It's full of cards and boardgames and poker chips, so you suppose you can understand why PB couldn't put the devices in here afterall. As open-plan as it is, it is full of junk.

You try and look around but you cannot see anything! Everything is as black as a cat! You can't hear you lusus freaking out... Odd. But you can hear the fuse box in the distance crackling. Uh oh.

Your lusus seems to have wandered into the room with the fuse box and chewed on it's wires! It's eletrocuted itself and destroyed everything here. Stupid lusus. At least you don't have to see his ugly face anymore. Now what are you going to do?

You decide to message another troll who may be the best person to put your faith into. Oh wait, there's no power :( You decide to use your Derse computer instead. Being awake in two places isn't that hard.

This could be dangerous and you have a bad feeling about it, but ah well. Can't turn a brother down. Or zother. Or whatever Kahili is gulp. You're gonna have a good game of cards when that day comes.

You suppose it's another thing to do with the game. But if the disks are in the game, how does HF get the disks so she can get into the game to get the disks? HOlY SHiT ParadOx.

Your hubtop appears to have been bleeping for a long time. You're still entwined in the limbs of your lusus, both sets of wings wrapped around you protectively. Her blood has long dried on your clothes, though, and it looks a lot pinker now. You've never seen her blood dried before, and it mesmerises you for a moment. Then the bleeping of your hubtop snaps you out of it.

Reluctantly, you struggle up and crawl over to your hubtop. You leave your lusus and your blades where they lay, in a pool of dried burgundy blood and tears.

You're not very enthusiastic as you type, but it occurs to you that HF might be a little upset by the loss of her lusus. Just like you are of yours. At least she didn't murder hers.

((Does anyone else love the ease of this roleplay? Normally I'm busy trying to make my writing at least a little elegant and well-written, but it doesn't matter for this. It's a nice break. Also, Elinor is the first of the Red Team, which means eventually she's hosted by VP, but does she start off being hosted by AT and then switch?))

Syn: The one with ease?... Ohhh No this is how I guess we'll make it work. They have yet to realize that prototyping effects all players and not by the teams. So the two teams will merge into one. Either that or they realize later, and know that one person shouldn't host for two people. They find it impossible t make two separate circles as the game will not allow them. It appears the game has already decided for them.

You deploy another tool down in Aeglet's hive. This one you managed to squeeze into his room. How lucky! You find you have Grist. WOW free grist! You have 714 to spend! You expand his slumber room with a flat slab where the hole in the wall is. To make sure that Aeglet is getting enough exercise you deploy the TOTEM LATHE downstairs.

((Okay, so Elinor can't get into the game? I'm content to have her in danger of her life when the comets start falling and then suddenly she's in just in time, if that's the way you want to do it. Ooh! Her hive can get a hole and start falling, that would be good. How's that sound?))
