and I agree on the cap. They should implement a phantom cap. And if they are worried about the top pet demolishing a boss during a plot, maybe they could scale it down just for specific events kinda like how pokemon scales down when doing that battle island/tower shit. (or just let it be lol)

re: the stat cap - kill it. KILL IT AND LET ME KEEP SPENDING MY CASH ON TRAINING FOREVER. Cap the challengers, not the people who just want to pour money (real and virtual) into pet stats.

That's so weird, because I've been getting # customwear pings! (But looking back on it, I haven't gotten any # TSrestock pings (not even the ones from Keith) so maybe it was a fluke?)

first: i appreciate staff being more transparent. that is helpful, although i would like the "daily" progress bar to be switched to weekly or monthly since i know a lot of people on here don't have a ton of cash on hand (including me) and most people get paid every other week or by the month, so i feel like this might help ease the tension of a daily progress bar. For sites like reddit and wikipedia it works, but that is because they have a very high number of site hits every day. subeta really really pales in comparison, so thats why i think the longer timeline might be better and not make everyone as nervous

second: i want the wardrobe to work. its the one feature that everyone uses/cares about, so i would really like to see a full effort put behind that, and then have things continue to be worked on one by one. also at least the other systems semi-work, but the wardrobe is like super borked right now D:

third: would it be possible to advertise for programmer interns so they can get experience and you guys can get cheap/free help? (i'm not sure how those internships work, but i know that my sister did law internships for free because it looks good for her with or without the extra cash, for the schooling and all that). because if that is a possibility i think it should be explored since it would help ya'll out a lot and it wouldn't be as expensive as employing a full time fully trained programmer.

fourth: adding to the texas dog pile. not currently in houston, but used to be. soooo woo texas yah lol

add me to the ever-growing list of folks who would spend CSC on retired & referral items - but only if real fixes were done with that money, and not just new bells 'n' whistles

I've agreed that it was needed for a period of time, and I still 100% support there being a challenger cap far far more than a pet cap because one of the battle admins specifically stated that a few challengers have been made HARDER than the cap to "give capped pet's a challenge" that we never asked for and that it was intentional that users would need godlies to beat them.

We've been told time and time again that pet stats "Are supposed to matter" and that "we shouldn't have to rely on god weapons to win" yet that is exactly 100% where we are right now.

Either you need to delete every single last tier 11-12 weapon (yup, the one's I own included) or you need to raise the cap. Or the system needs to be flooded with gods which'll only make matters worse.

It is ridiculous to push a cap on people, then still have things designed higher than what they can physically beat without somehow prying the required gods out of other users hands.

unless there's a cap removal/change involved, or the pet page being indexed to stop lagging (35 second to load yesterday, froze chrome up entirely)... I don't think it will.

I'm also getting the whole referral special stuff but here's the thing. I don't know anyone. I'm not going to ask my 71 year old coworker or 50 year old bosses to plz join this petsite so I can get referrals. I am not in the business of going out to make friends just to try to push a petsite on them, and most of the people who end up on the referral page are already frozen for scamming or aren't selling anything so I'm kinda like.. well I guess I can solicit homeless people or ... yeah well that's about it :c

I don't even care if it's $2 a point (which is about 8m which is hardly a deflation) but I literally am going to have to break rules or solicit homeless to get people to join the site and refer me.

I wouldn't mind things being put in the Token Shop if the wait was reduced to 6 hours, because the chance of you catching two multiple-item restocks without any wait time left is super rare. But essentially that's still just collecting tokens, waiting, and hoping you catch a RS.

Side note: "Increase your quest gains by 15%" this should've been a buff for buying CSC from the site, just saying.

re: getting old stuff out. You did it with Alegarten, and you did it with the new years shop. Those were both great ideas.

Other ideas: toss things in the Millionaire shop for 24 hours (so people can't buy more than 2). More Token Shop restocking of old stuff. Give Drills back his stock of "other" stuff. Maybe add some other prizes than the bucket of polar water for finishing the ice fields. Maybe change the treasure map - right now other than finishing the first one to get into the blue building, there's no real point in completing more maps. And speaking of the blue building, maybe stick a quest type of thing in the basement that would involve old stuff in some way - or a game, something to spruce the place up.
