I have a pit bull/ lab mix and she's the love of my life. Her name is Anna
Ohmygod her floppy earsssss! ^_^ She's so cute. I was supposed to adopt a schnauzer/poodle mix. She was little, maybe 10 lbs. and really cute. But my cats were terrorized by her and tried to hurt her, so we had to take her back. That was last summer and I'm still sad about it. I don't think we can ever have a dog. I adore my cats and wouldn't trade them for the world, but my mom wants a dog...
My family has a mixed breed! We're not entirely sure what he consists of, to be honest. We know his mother is part Norwegian Buhund (We live in Norway), but the father is an unknown donor who snuck into the mother's yard one night.. He's a great mutt though, very patient and cuddly and loyal :)

Awww I love pittie/lab mixes!! They are always so handsome. ❤️
Damn that sucks. :( Some shelters actually cat-test their dogs before they go up for adoption (I know we do and a few others). And then the ones that try to attack/hurt the cats we won't send home to a house with cats. Some dogs really love cats though! Just has to be the right one.
asdfghj <3 He is beautiful!
Aww, so many cute doggies!
I have a boxer/retriever mix (although I think she's got some spaniel in her too!)

That's my girl!
Me too. I wish I could post a picture but I'm in the process of moving so I don't have internet set up for my laptop yet. I've been using my iPhone
She is a fluffball! (and leaves fur all over my bed and clothes!)
I'm sorry to hear about your doggie. That's sad.
@ NAT We have, what the shelter said, is a Beagle and Australian Cattle Dog mix.

We adopted her last year from the county shelter. :) My mom changed her name to Maggie. lol She was cat tested and in fact the thing that won my mom over was the photo the shelter posted online of Maggie in the cat room. I joked to my mom, "Yeah, that was the before the carnage photo." She lets the cats all over her.

Awwwwwww she is so freaking cute!! Beagle and Australian Cattle Dog is a darn good guess IMO!
We have a dog named Maggie right now as well, who is one of the coolest looking dogs I've ever seen, she's a Shar-Pei and Pit Mix:

I can't even with her. I just want to smoosh her face 24/7.
I don't have a dog, I just came to look at the cute pups that everyone else owns. c:
She's adorable! It's nice you have a probable herding breed mix that's so good with cats. That's basically my biggest concern in getting a dog, which I'd really like to do after I move. It'd be nice to not go on walks by myself. : /
Your pup is super cute too and Maggie's brindle markings are really pretty. I wish our shelters cat-tested their dogs, but I don't think any of the local ones do.
We looked up the ACD and you can really see Maggie in them. She has the body and size of the ACD but the head and most of the coloring of a beagle. She does have the spotting on her back that's more the ACD coloring. It just makes her look dirty most of the time though.
She actually will herd the cats. We have one that keeps running outside on us and if Maggie is out there I can tell her to "Get that cat!" and she'll nip at the cat's back and butt to get her to go back to the door. She even gets all excited when she sees the outside cat on our deck. She knows that no cat is suppose to be out there.
She does have her quirks though. She loves to play in puddles and the river but hates to take a bath.

I never owned a dog or ever will but my family used to have a poodle mix when I was a baby. She hated me though. After her death my grandparents got another dog, a miniature poodle, who was my best friend and bodyguard. still misses him
your dog is so cute :D we had a mixed breed dog from Portugal, he was very shy and flinched at every fast move - so we think he was abused there Now he's very calm and I do really miss him, because my mother took him with her as she left us

As he looks like and also moves we think that he is a mix of podenco, boxer and jack russel terrier ^^ but who knows what else he looks a bit afraid, but he always looks like this, right before he would jump towards you and licks all over your face ^^
I have a Flat-coated retriever/ chow mix (left) and a Portuguese water dog/poodle/cocker spaniel mix (right)
Your dog maybe part flat-coated retriever mix. Look them up.

So many adorable dogs. :D
Sadly no dog presently. Had to say that final goodbye to my girl last fall, she was an Australian Shepherd / Beagle mix and just as sweet as pie. Loved cats too and the shelter I adopted her from, before I adopted her as she was there for almost a year, would use her to help get their cats used to having a dog around. She was awesome with cats. Even kittens could climb on her and attack her tail and she'd just lay there. I swear she honestly believed they were her babies. :)
