Can't believe I didn't find his voice familiar in the slightest oh pfffs. When they were all back together and Peter was like should we do good or bad, it totally reminded me of Mal's "I aim to misbehave." Zoe's character (Gromora? sp?) had neat things to say. I liked her "He's not my father." Reminded me of Star Wars lol. But she also had some serious things to say - like that everything is a dream compared to what my past was (paraphrasing here).

I know, right? I love that there was always a little bit of humor shoehorned in there to lighten the moment. "You...made...me...kick...grass!"

I wish they'd developed Gamora a biiiiit more. I love how she kicks butt and takes names, but she's still...not as zoe-like as I was hoping for. Still, I think I mentioned how this part redeemed Saldana for me, so hooray for that. :3

Ohhhh. Howard the Duck was a pretty bad sort-of sci fi movie back in...what, the late eighties? If I remember correctly (probably don't, I was young) it was basically this big, walking talking duck that crashlands on earth and hijinks ensue. He's one of the critters visible behind the Collector, and also has a line or two at the very very very end. If I remember correctly it's the same filmmaker. lololol

I went to see it the other week and I liked it. I thought it was very funny and better than the other Marvel movies I've seen which I thought were kind of dark. This is seems a lot more entertaining to me while still having a relavant plot. I'm already planning to see the next film.

I saw this at premier and again last weekend and just. wow. wow wow wow. this movie is so good! it honestly hooked me from the beginning, and i never really sat in the theatre wondering when the movie was going to end. i'm planning on going again sometime within the next week, just because i love it so much :')

My boyfriend dragged me to see this (it was my first Marvel movie and I know next to nothing about the Marvel universe). I LOVED it. I didn't think I would but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Makes me want to give other Marvel movies a chance.

This is a little late, but can I just say that I absolutely ADORE this movie. I watched it twice and bought the soundtrack from the movie (such awesome music!!), and I plan to buy the next soundtrack when it's released to DVD/Blue-Ray.

hehehee IT'S NEVER TOO LATE!! i was totally asking a couple friends today if they'd seen it yet. you are super correct, the music is BADASS. i'm a sucker for parents sharing their music with their kids, plus the ost is just... wow. damn. haven't been that into a movie ost since paranorman.

Absolutely loved it! Already have it pre-ordered for when it gets released in Dec. lol

This movie was just...wow...I didn't know what to expect from it and just...it's awesome!

I wanted to see it a second time alone but that didn't end up happening. One week I was getting all set to see it on Friday and then I had to schedule a sudden doctor's appointment for SSI stuff and arg!

Once it comes onto DVD/blu-ray I might disappear for a few weeksXD

It felt a little forced at times but I really enjoyed the movie either way. Chris Pratt is a pretty likable actor for the most part.
