I don't think that accessing the direct sCode reference link that already exists in the tabs is hard, but I change my mind about the OP.

The Shoutbox does need all the help it can get and I'm sure this extra link will definitely cut down on this problem and allow the SB mod on duty and the staff members answering tickets to divert their attention to more important issues than people who aren't following the sCode Only rule for whatever reason.
