I've sent a ticket a few hours ago and it hasn't been assigned to any staff member yet, which is weird cause usually it happens right away.. Is there a problem with the tickets or is this normal? I know it might take time to get an answer, but I've never had to wait more than two minutes before the ticket was assigned, so I am not sure if this is a bug or what D=
It rarely happens but sometimes (especially during events) it may take some time. I believe (and I may be wrong) that only certain UAs can handle certain issues. So maybe it is just the kind of issue that no one online can handle right now.

I see.. I expected it to be assigned to someone anyway even if they would take a while to answer, that's why I was worried there might be something wrong =)
And I may be wrong! I will definitely leave this open until you get an answer just in case! But I /think/ when a UA comes on, they pick up the tickets they can handle.

Tickets are answered in the order they are received and passed off to the appropriate UA if it isn't something that the initial UA handles.
