Hi guys,

told me to post here.

I granted 10 wishes at the Wishing Shrub (Peka-Boo) and made myself 2 wishes. But when I came online today and tried to set up another wish I got an error saying

I cleared my cache and cookies but that doesn't help. I use Firefox 30.0 on Windows 7. Also tried on Google Chrome 35.0.1916.153 m with the same result.

Anyone else having this problem?

I think - no idea if I'm sure or not so I hope staff says something x_X - that we can't 'carry' granted wishes for any period of time, not even to the next day... so everyday it'll keep telling you to grant one to be able to wish x: Now, if you granted one and didn't put any wish in that day, then you can carry your wish away to the next day. I believe that's what I read in the news...

On another note, people sometimes are able to wish "for free" (without granting) at random points during the day (probably when someone else grants more than one wish) and right after midnight NST, when the shrub clears n_n

Thanks for answering, Blanche. Weird thing is that I could do so yesterday (wishing something one day AFTER granting one wish and make a wish in return). So I thought "carrying" wishes might work.

Yeah I'm not sure at all... a friend just managed to wish for free, actually o.o I'd say keep trying every now and then, you're likely to be able to put yours in at some point!

Edit: Like Kushiel said, there's a chance it could carry for a single day, but then it not letting you wish would still be a glitch x:

If it helps, I usually can wish without giving every 2nd day. So 1t day I've gifted one, 2nd day I could wish without gifting someone, 3rd day I had to gift again and today I didn't have to gift again. Maybe there is a pattern?

I think this means that you can save one wish, but the rest that you have granted is lost.

Yeah, but when do people get "free" daily wishes without having to grant a wish first? I think most people are wondering that by now...

it's actually been answered multiple times in multiple places. :P

if no one got "free" wishes, it would be literally impossible for anyone to grant any wishes before making wishes because there would never be any wishes to grant in the first place.

so if you just happen to be lucky and submit a wish when there are fewer than 150 wishes currently in the system, you get to bypass the granting a wish requirement.

I am also having that problem. Yesterday. I granted a wish for someone . And it still won't let me make a wish. It said I need to grant a wish. So I tried again. And again I didn't get credit for it. It still told me to grant a wish before I could make mine. I am afraid to grant a wish today.

Please see Grace's (grelca) post above. It is not a wish for every one that you grant, but one per day. There hasn't been ten days to the event so can have that many saved up.
