I didn't expect it to start at midnight, but where I am, it's almost 9 in the evening. If it starts a whole lot later, and there is a a prize for visiting the VIP lounge every day, I'm already at risk of missing the first day. I really hope they start soon. 😟

Same here, I freaked when I saw the news bar pop up, glad I wouldn't miss it, and then it was token shop. At least SubetaTeam is online, so that might be something? fingers crossed

Though some people are saying it could start in the evening, that it was like that with Masquerade? I don't remember if that was actually the case though. If it really is only starting like at 8 in the evening Subeta Time, that is 2 in the morning my time. New Subeta day starts at 6 in the morning my time... I get that it's an American site and it runs on that time (I really do understand), but come on, don't promise exclusives for visiting every day, if you're only launching in the last hours of a day.

Plus, the longer they wait, the more people will get on, the more chance that we'll have the site crash, as per usual, basically. I'm really hoping they have enough safety measures implemented in order to keep the site stable with 2k+ people on. 🙏

Awe, that would be cruddy. :/ I hope they don't start the event at like 8PM. I am on Subeta time, but I will either be with my family (my dad's birthday today!) or asleep (as I've been awake since like 2AM). And I do agree with you that it would kind of suck, considering the exclusive prize they've promised, if they started the event so late in the evening.

I also hope the site won't be unstable during the event, but tbh it was unstable for me this morning (and others as well, I think) for no apparent reason, so I'm doubtful that all will go smoothly!

Yeah tbh I'm starting to feel kind of bummed for the people in European timezones+ because it's getting late for you guys :(

I don't want to be negative about the whole thing before it even starts, but like the OP, the event has been hyped up so much, that I'm so looking forward to it. I really have high hopes for this event to turn out epically (does that exist?) good, so I don't want to miss a thing!

Damn...I have to leave soon and won't be back until just before then end of the "site day." Hopefully it starts soon, I would really hate to miss out on a prize because the "first day" is so short!

well Keith posted on Tumblr a couple of days ago that there are some major coding changes that he's planning on pushing through along with the start of Peka-Boo (NEW ACHIEVEMENT SYSTEM AAAAAAH) so maybe they're just getting that together and making sure it's all ready to go before they send it live? That's what I'm hoping, especially now that we've heard they won't be counting this first day for the prize for visiting the VIP area every day :D
