Honestly, I've never stalked someone so I could get certain items. I ToT to every random person I find, and I really don't care about what I get, but well, that's just me.

I think the problem will still be there, people ToTing at certain profiles, just because of their number of pets. Nice to see the method changed, though.

I don't care for it because so many have 5 or 10 pets, so I don't do the ToT threads, so i don't get many tot'ers even though I have a less average number of pets.

It's nice to have a change

Most of my friends have more than 20 pets, so I still have to actively find people with fewer pets.

It's nice to have things limited to fewer categories, though, so I'm not trying to ToT for items from 20 different name lengths.

to me it didn't change anything. With pet number you also get umber that are more common... 5-10 and 20+! but yeah easier to change your number of pet if you don't care for your pet I guess. So yeah userame or pet number, don't care both way are nice to me as I don't set myself in ToT only my friends!

I'm seriously pleased with the new system too. It changes things up, and I had the same problem as a lot of other users in that most of my friends (and myself) had 4-5 letter long usernames, and that was it. I felt bad having to ToT at stranger's profiles after a while because I had everything I needed from my friends' tiers.

I liked this change.

Since I'm too lazy to figure who has a certain number of pets I just buy what I want and random ToT at friends or strangers. Any doubles I end up with either are saved or tossed to friends who need them. Come to think of it, I do this every year.

Though I do love that this year it's only new stuff. I hated how last year at the beginning of ToTing the old items were out numbering the new in being given out.

LOL I have 10 pets...pretty common, and my 6 letter name was also pretty common. But every day I have a few 5 totter prizes.

I like the change. I mean, I didn't really mind the way it was done in previous years, but this one does seem a bit better. Especially for those, like , that have a short username but have quite a few pets. I kind of enjoyed when the event first started and everybody was trying to figure out this puzzle on how the newest ToT system worked. x: I was thinking that maybe every year (or couple years) it could rotate to something different and then there would be a small cycle. For example, next year (or the year after, whatever) it could be based off of achievements or something like that. I suppose as long as it's something all users could easily find through profile/url. Also as long as it doesn't have to do with post count. o__o
