This one's a bit self-serving (so no need to add to it the master list), but after wanting for ages and never seeing it on the market, I commissioned Sonatine for something to replace it. So now, you can use with for instants and to achieve a similar effect. It'll still cost you several hundred csc, but at least it's available (in my shop. Hence the self-serving part).

[edit] Of course, there's a whole bunch of other, non-cw white shirts that would probably do the trick, along with . for instants.
