I know that! I also used to google a lot of questions about Subeta in my first months. As said, You can use Subeta Wiki (that's awesome to know more about events/plots in the past, to know history about characters, and MAINLY to know weapons and items dropped by Battle Arena challengers - LINK).

I don't know if someone helped you with the battle questions, but you can check this thread (LINK) for weapons suggestions by tiers (Subeta now has a tiered system, where the tier your pet occupies is determined by his stats - strength + defense + health + speed -; you can check a tier guide and a good battling guide in this thread: LINK).

Also, those random events where opponents challenge you to a battle are just maningless, you don't have to battle them. Is just a remember to the Arena be used more, I think. Most of the challengers in those events aren't even defeatable by me (tier 5 pet).

[edit] I agree with your point: "Do this! Do that" but now that I close that window, where can I find that game/quest again? I don't know where are the quests, shops or vending machines located. I know that they're spread around Subeta, but if you ask me to say where is located a random Subeta place, I'll have no answer in like 95% of the time. And I don't think that saying where is that link located is totally necessary. That surely will need to be there in the Walkthrough, but I think they could also add a step in the walk where they advise to add shortcuts like Quests and Shops List to your Sidebar, at least while you don't know where everything is located...
