Apparently Subeta has a new method of paying in which you have to agree to 'approving future payments through PayPal' along with the terms and conditions of the site? This means it will set me up to take future payments out, and PayPal charges for that.

Ok, I did get someone to explain it. It was an admin in the shoutbox. She explained that it is PayPal's way of making sure your method of payment is secure and that there will be no charge to set up the... 'payment arrangement'. I guess the only way I'll find out is once I buy it.
