Just wondering if there is a tag (Like dance or trick or treat tags) for flower giving?
Also wondering if there is a complete list available of flowers that are giveable for coins.

I don't think there is a tag, but you should just be able to use the regular link since it doesn't have any additional codes on it. In your signature you can use the following Send me flowers
To send flowers to others without going to their profile, just copy/paste this link and replace with whatever username you want to send to: http://subeta.net/profile.php?act=flower&usern=USERNAME. If you use the Notepad widget, you can just keep a copy there.
