I don't like this change. It won't load for me at all...maybe I'm just not waiting long enough. It used to be instant.
[edit]I guess it could just be my internet...but this is going to seriously slow down questing for me.
i dont like the fact that i cant see how much items are worth when i hover over them, thats the only thing that i would like to get changed back.

I don't really like the fact that it loads slow. :/
It's mostly because for quests I depend on how much it is when I hover over it.
I hate this change so much. :/ There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old ones, and if it isn't broke why 'fix' it?
The painfully slow loading time is killing me, and even worse is the fact that sometimes I'll accidentally hover over someone's usernames on the forums after clicking a topic, and then the topic will load and the info box will be stuck there pretty much blocking out part of my screen. Then I have to go back and reload the page since it won't go away, and that's just a pain. ):
I guess I can live with it if it speeds up the site for people. I haven't noticed much of that myself but I haven't been on Subeta much since it was released so time will tell.
I can say though that I hate how it almost always pops up, even if your the thing you are hovering over is near the top of the page. That means I need to scroll up, lose the box, rehover and wait for it to load, etc. Very annoying.
Can anything be done to make it work like the old one and make it hover both above and lower depending on where your page is? Does that make any sense 0_o

It slows down my browsing speed so much. :x One tab with my wishlist open and not reloading makes the computer so slow. Reloading/adding is a nightmare. Even with no images on.
I hate them. A lot.
It takes longer to quest, and time is crucial, especially in quests like the Wizard's.
However, I have no opinion on the username boxes.
Nothing even comes up for me except the name of the item. I think its because Im using IE8, but I turn on compatibility mode and thats all I get.
They do make questing longer >.<. And if you control click the item and copy paste the item name gets pasted twice. which is a tad bit annoying, because it slows down questing more... but if it's good for the server..I can't really complain. I don't do wizard quests much anymore anyways...
I don't like the new boxes at all, I much prefer the old ones. I don't like the loading bar, or how long it takes. And sometimes the username box appears off the page when I hover over my online friends.

I agree, personally I thought the old ones were more attractive too, but eh. Sometimes it seriously lags for me, but I like that it goes up, actually. Before if I was trying to look at something's desc. at the end of a page, I could see it, so that's better now, I guess?

<li>Now they load with AJAX. How it worked before, was that on every page (this one for example) it loaded all the item, and user information, and put it into the page. When you hovered over a username, it made that information &;unhidden&; to an extent, or made it so that you could see it. If you viewed the source of any page on Subeta, it was FULL of java script that was mostly just the hover information.</li>

<p>Now, it&;s loaded WHEN you hover over it. This will really decrease loading time on the user side for most pages, especially for people with slower connections.</p>

<p>I&;ll work on the styling a bit, and making them pop up a second or two faster. ;) As it is, this is so much better on the server, and on your browsers. XD
That main reason I'm really not liking them now is that the vast majority of the time whenever I hover the only information I get out of them is 'Average Price Today.' No rarity info, no description, nothing but today's price. Zyte likes being able to see the rarity at just a hover. :(
That, and now whenever I update my wishlist it lags horribly and I get script problems. That never happened to me with the old version.
The only thing I get by hovering over an item is the name. No description, price, nothing but the name.

Thats how it is for me, and I am really disliking it. Now its hard for me to do quests in a timely manner.

I don't think it was good because it takes longer and it's a pain when I'm trying to frag. Plus it won't show me the rarity now. :c
I don't really mind how it looks, I just can't frag easily anymore. :'c just vended a lot of stuff too It also messes with my quests since it takes a while and I end up getting 10 and sometimes even 5 point tokens.
Does this change make it faster for people? It seemed pretty fast before, like instant.
