oh man, i'm OCD about washing my hands...i have to wash them before and after i use the washroom, eat, touch an animal, or touch something in a public place( like, take something off the shelf at wal-mart.) i actually carry bottles of hand sanitizer with me at all times. on the plus side, if there's ever a zombie plague or anything, i won't have to worry about getting infected :P
Ohmygosh. I didn't know that people not washing their hands was so wide spread. D: I wash my hands after I eat, after I use the restroom, even if I'm in there just to brush my hair. I pretty much wash my hands after doing anything. I carry around those little hand sanitizers in case there isn't any soap. Its the worst when you have to touch someone's hand and you can't dive for the hand sanitizers.

I do at home.
When I HAVE to use a public restroom, I use hand sanitizer, and loads of it. I prefer to touch things as little as possible in those nasty restrooms. I try to avoid using my hands too...doors get pushed open/locked with my elbows or wrist, toilet is flushed using my foot if it's not an automatic one.
i wash my hands approximately 1 billion trillion times per day. that might be because i cook so much but mostly i get that awful dirty feeling if i don't.
gotta kill off that pig flu now.
i wash my hands when ever i go to the restroom. . . but if im in a rush ill skip out on the soap and just use HOT water.

Yeah, I wash my hands every time I go to the loo. If there isn't any soap in a public toilet (I loathe those places) I'll just use water because I figure it's better than nothing.
Yes, I always wash my hands. A Safeway employee came out of a stall while I was washing my hands and I said "Aren't you going to wash your hands?" She said "no, I'm off the clock." I was all grossed out, cos you KNOW she doesn't wash her hands during her shift, either. I never buy anything from their bakery just in case she works in that department.
When I pee, no. But I do when I poop.
Although my house is so under stocked most of the time there isn't even soap. :P

My exgf would never flush unless she went poo. Drove me insane.

I don't like using public restrooms, so I -always- wash my hands when I do use them. At home I tend to be a bit more absent-minded and only really make a point to wash my hands after I poo. There's germs flying around all over the place anyway -__-

Not washing them is just freaking gross. Especially in a public restroom. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS ON THE STALL HANDLE?!?! (I don't think you want to lol.)
Always. I also open strange doors with my elbows. I remember my cousin always having his hands sniffed by aunts and grandma because he had a tendency to skip washing his hands...Not because it took too long or anything, he'd turn on the water, let it run for some time, then come out. o__o WHY? Also some of you are extreme lol. I will laugh when your hand skin falls off. ouo

All the time, after ever visit to the bathroom.
Even when my hands feel sticky and dirty at random intervals throughout the day, I go to the restroom and wash my hands.
I wash my hands constantly..poor cracked hands.. After every restroom trip, before I eat, before I cook food, after I get done cleaning or handling something that everyone touches like a cellphone..
