i'm logged into subeta, msn and twitter all day. i check my yahoo mail every hour. every ten minutes, i check my facebook.
I check my email excessively, all notifications go there. I'm logged into Hotmail, Myspace, Livejournal, Subeta, Twitter and Facebook all day, in that order. I don't like to mess up the order. :P

I have a Firefox addon that updates my Twitter and shows a little popup when I get one. So, I no longer check Twitter constantly. But when I'm out and about, I check it every 20 minutes or so on my Sidekick. I've got an add-on that updates my eMail and tells me when I have one, too.
...So I don't really even have to check anything. ...Wait, did I just hit the epitome of lazy? ):
I do that all the time. Me and my mail accounts are real tight haha :/ I also check updates on mangafox (don't judge me :() a lot (less so now that I signed up for their daily updates message thing, so now I'm even more attached to my mail...) I tend to check subeta a lot because WHO KNOWS maybe someone decided to message me or there's one of those retarded restocks in the TS when you last expect it and it'll be the ultimate flapper item. Or something.
I do this a lot :( I hate facebook though so I only ever check it when it sends me mail.

In this order; -Subeta -MSN -Facebook -Flickr -Twitter
And then, I just hang out on Subeta, Facebook, and MSN.

Subeta and Valenth religiously but I have a sidebar app on Vista for my gMail that beeps when I get new mail!
Yeah im the same, i think about messages and that. (: Right when I get onto the computer, I get on msn and then subeta. Then head off to my other accounts just to check messages, get off. Then subeta some more and more and more. (:
