<p>Last time I got sick eating anything I went to McDonalds with friends because I was starving. I got a double cheese burger, fries and a sweet tea. And I was soooo sick that night. It was good. But I paid for it. :[
My mom got a burger from McDonalds once, it had some really funky blue/green thing on it, she took it back and complained so they gave her two apple pies that were stale and ready to be, no NEEDED to be thrown out.
McDonalds food is not to be trusted. D= Go with BK next time lawl.

I've never seen sandwiches in vending machines before. That would be kinda odd. Surprisingly it's usually hospital cafeteria food that makes me sick.

I actually had a very upset stomach Mon night and Tues, and i don't know if it was from the sausage biscuit things my aunt brought to the hospital or the garlic chicken and noodles from the clinic's cafeteria..... Both were good tho.... 'shrugs' It happens. Sometimes you just eat what you can.
