I think that's pretty amusing..proves how many people/companies just take the first image they find off google to use. I doubt it would bring more players to subeta since people wouldn't realise where it's from:p

I don't think it's a big problem. Isn't that what's for Google/internet is created, to share? If Apple found that picture on christianity movie blog, then I don't think they knew it was some kind of pet site art. It just happens.

I've contacted the company, this isn't right. You can't just google something and assume that it's fair use.
