I like names that sound nice. C:

Paha~ Actually it depends for me; I have a few pound found pets whose names I adore (Anrui, Imbrium, Vhanx); I have pets with actual names, or names of characters I've thought up ( Imuniqiue Odd and Sam BeeAnn); and I have pets with real word names (Hesperidum and PhD ).

Bassically, unless your pets name is sparkleunicorn# or the like, i'll most likely like it~ (unless it's insanely made up; like Tedhaskgweoi or something. :x )

I tend to love unique names. Real world names actually tend to put me off unless it seems unusual. For example: Terentia is Greek for guardian, but i adopted her because I liked the name and it seemed unusual. Likewise hexavier happened to be named after a character in one of my favorite web comics.

On the other hand my other pets are unique thought up by me or unique thought up by others. Yet I can think up pronunciations for them (check their pet pages) for them so they're not just jumbled up garbage with no imagination.

In general, anything that flows, is capitalized, and has no numbers, etc... is a 'good name.'

But personally, I can only own real names and words. Nothing else. The real names have to be common/not in some random language, and the real words have to be short, english, and relatively common. I know, I'm super picky with my babies. X)

Also. I can't stand multi-word real names like... Draw Bridge. XD Those are strange. And I hate hate hate made up Japanese names like some people have already mentioned. =p

Damn, I'm picky. X)
