No; But I definitely squirm around a ton which probably gives it away. I see a good amount of guys grabbing their nads all the time though. I really don't think that guys have any shame.

If my crotch is itchy, well, if I'm sitting down, then I just cross my legs and squirm around a little. Usually doesn't go away, but it lessens the itch. If I'm standing and can't sit down, then I'm just screwed.
