Looks more like very extensive facial reconstruction than a face transplant to me.

They took the entire face from a donor and molded it to her tissue... lol.

I remember seeing her interviewed by cnn a few weeks ago. She's so sweet and gracious. It's a shame what happened to her but she's a beautiful person regardless.

I think I took the face plant procedure for granted but, I mean, to have feeling in your face after such nerve damage... this is astounding.

I hope she lives a great life from here on out :)
