I'm dying to go camping now.
I went camping a lot.. as a kid.. and.. because NC's weather is so fucked up.. it inevitably rained every time I went. I learned to abhor camping pretty quickly. I like to camp in cooler weather.. because snuggling in a sleeping bag is way better than sweating in a sleeping bag.. but my family does not :/
Last time I went camping, I went with my mom, sister, and then, my only dog at the time, and it was right after my parent's separation so my mom was a total psycho bitch the entire time despite the fact that the camping situation was supposed to "bond" us together. And then my dog had a seizure (she's epileptic) because assholes kept shinning their flashlights at our tent. And, then it rained. It was generally a horrible experience. I haven't been camping in 4 years.
Although, I honestly think camping would make a romantic weekend, and would be a great way to have fun with friends and get drunk, so I'd love to try both of those scenarios. I'm just generally anti-camping with family now XD
I LOVE TO GO CAMPING. Perfect way of traveling without having to worry about getting a hotel/motel room. Unless it's to those 'camping parks' which I personally find stupid. Srsly, camping is not camping unless you're in the great outdoors. Not surrounded by trailers and roads. :]

I camp up at my dad's friend's dad's camper in upper PA. It's fun. But we don't use the camping spirit because we have running water. xD And a four wheeler.
I hate camping. It's so bloody boring. Not to mention the cold and discomfort. Yuck.
I camp on holiday weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July Weekend, Columbus Day. But it always seems to rain. :/ Have fun!
When I was younger, and lived up north, I always wanted to go camping. But if I go camping now...I'll be camping in the palm trees. And sand. Ugh. I miss the woods. D:
Oh god I love camping. My family used to go on camping trips all the time.. unfortunately we haven't gone in several years :(
