This entirely fucks my end of the year.

He got expelled for 'verbally assaulting a teacher'.

Utter bullshit.

There's one teacher in our gym class that is constantly and blatantly insulting him. He calls him stupid, a hippie, fat, etc. And my friend just takes it all without a word.

But today, he told him that I should get better friends, because he's a bad influence on me. And my friend just snapped and started yelling, dropped the F bomb a couple times, and the teacher dragged him to Student Management to have him expelled.

Fuck. His mom obviously isn't too pleased, either, which hinders like, half of my summer plans. /:

I am so angry right now. They actually had him leave campus - they didn't say to go anywhere, just that he couldn't be on campus. So I left with him and we hung out at the church across the street until the buses came.

Meanwhile, I tried to cram in as many happy pictures as possible before we had to leave. ]:

I think he should explain to his mom why he exploded and there should be a quaint little meeting in school with the principal. If your friend plays the, "I know it was wrong and I take full responsibility for my actions, but I would like you to appeal the expulsion" thing, I think things could get sorted out.

That's what we're currently trying to do. I told him I'd kill him if he got expelled. He would be forced to go to the 'alternative' high school at that point, and he is so fucking brilliant, I would cry if he had to get any less of an education than he really could. >:

But at the very least, I got a couple great pictures in of us while we were hanging out at the church... just because, you know, I didn't have any before. D; Seriously, if he does get expelled, I am going to MURDER HIM. Or someone else. SOMEONE.

The teacher is actually being laid off already, he just had to go through with the end of the year. I assume once he heard this, it went a little like, "WELL IF I'M GOING DOWN I'M TAKING THAT LITTLE SHIT WITH ME"

...I'd like to think so, anyway.

That's bull. Clearly, the teacher's over reacting. Sure he shouldn't have sworn at him, but expelling the poor guy? What the hell. Honestly, that's just bull.

I feel so bad for him jdfkghdf. Because he aspires to do SO MUCH and if he gets expelled, he won't be able to and I am just filled with rage and sympathy.

I'm trying to coerce him into apologizing, but he's being really bullheaded atm. I'm sure he'll cool down in the next couple days, but being expelled in the last throes of school days must really fuck up a person's system.

If a teacher ever insulted me, I'd shove a lawsuit up their ass. But since I was always the class' , they couldn't even try.

EDIT: In case you wonder why I said that, it's because the education system in Brazil is trash, so, they depend on smart students to not look so bad

Tell him that the year is almost over and the gym teacher will change. If he stays, it's a big fuck you to the gym teacher.

I'm trying super hard, but he's a stubborn person in the first place, and he's hated that teacher for a long, long time anyway. >:

It's still pending, luckily, but unfortunately it's up to the gym teacher whether he gets the boot or not.

Wow, that really really sucks. The year's almost over (for us it's out). Hopefully he'll still get his report card and whatnot. The teach sounds like a real jerk.

The weirdest part is that this teacher is not a jerk.

He was, in fact, my favorite teacher. I think he, for some reason, finds tons of potential in me that he doesn't see in Tyler. He's basically treating me like his daughter with her first boy home and trying to scare him away. I: As much as that gesture is nice, it's totally unnecessary. The teacher is extremely nice to me and just mercilessly picks on Tyler. It's a little sad. I feel so, so bad for his daughter when she gets older. D;

I thought it was against the law to harass a student when you're a teacher?

If I was your friend's mom, I'd be searching about that and trying to take the teacher to court.

That's so unfair. If my friends got expelled like that... That really sucks. I'm so sorry that your friend got expelled. He didn't deserve it.

That's one ass of a teacher. If I were the principal and I had a student who had been harrassed like that, I would definitely understand if they just exploded. But I guess it's a good thing that that teacher is getting laid off anyway, but it sucks that your friend got expelled.

I think, though, if you play their stupid little game of "I know it was wrong, now let me back in please", then something could probably be worked out.

If that happened to one of my friends, I would be on the schoolboard's ass 24/7. That is, after I reported the harassment case. The teacher was acting out of line and like a total bastard.

A teacher in my school was a bit of a jerk, really egotistical, jerk towards the guys, sweet towards the girls. Then he got fired for sleeping with his students.
