At least you managed to spit it out. I was eating a sandwich I had made once in a rush because I was hungry and halfway through it, I realized it had an odd sour taste. It turned out that the bread was moldy. :(

LOL! I'm sorry I laughed at you. I know how you feel. I've eaten moldy cheese and bread before, including bad lunch meat.

Though, one time when I was kid, I went in the pantry and took out a juice box package of V8 and there was mold on the bottom of the package, so I smelled it. I was a kid! Sometimes, the very thought makes me gag.
