It's hard enough to go through hundreds of yearbook photos to make sure no one's flipping the camera off. If you have to inspect everyones crotch for shadows too, they'll never get out.

And also.. what kind of school has thousands of dollars to pay for all new yearbooks? And you KNOW not everyone will take the new ones, so the picture'll still be out there. It's done with. Play it off as a shadow, and move on. And then don't be so stupid in the future.

She's a dumbass for not wearing underwear, i mean come on. :/ But it is terribly embarrassing, so i think they should just recall the ones they've put out and get rid of the picture. Probably wouldnt get them all but it'd reduce the likeliness of the picture being spread around.

I just came to say , not only is it illegal to distribute ANY picture of ANYone under 18 nude or anything, it is a Federal offense. The people responsible/distributing the yearbooks would be (if charged) sexual offenders for the rest of their lives. :(

lol, well i can see how that could be overlooked. depending on where youre from, yearbooks can cost up to $90 with a shitload of pages, so it can be easily overlooked on accident. i had a class in high school where all we did was work on the yearbook for the entire year, and we almost sent in two separate pages where some girls underwear was fully visible.

and god, i cant believe how high and mighty the mother is acting and how theyre blaming the school. first of all, the girl was so stupid to go commando in such a short dress (one that wasnt even tight, not that she couldnt have worn a thong anyway), know that she was going to have a photo taken sitting down and facing forward, and choosing to sit in the front row without even trying to hide it. i mean, come on. how stupid can you be?

i would be pissed as fuck if they took away all the yearbooks so we wouldnt have them until months after school is over. the reason why they give them out before school is done is to have your friends sign them. that would make a ton of people angry, not to mention how much money would be lost. that would just be punishment for everyone because of that one girls mistake. i find it ironic that she and her mother are the ones that are placing the blame.

I was head of the yearbook staff my senior year in high school and I can understand why something like that might get overlooked by the staff. You have to go through every picture of every student to make sure their names are spelled correctly and everything that honestly it's easy to skip over something.

Really all they have to do is call up the distributor and order so many stickers of a touched-up version of the picture or just an entirely different picture all together and manually place them in each of the books that were ordered. We had to do that with a picture that ended up getting half way cut-off the page and it worked just fine. Saves a whole lot of money and a head-ache. :3

Were her legs like, real far apart too? If so then, yeah that's her fault. When I wear dresses I either cross my legs or keep them real close together, so it is mostly her fault, I guess.
