I never use "lol" or any other acronyms. And I don't really use smilies. And I hardly ever even say "ha" or anything.

I suppose I must not care if people know what I do or don't laugh at online.

lol i use lol in pretty much every paragraph i type online :( sometimes it's in the beginning and sometimes at the end i don't even use it when i'm laughing it's just like how i say like every 6 words. it's just a part of my basic e-speech?!? i also overuse rofl and omg :( and the saadddd face.

lol is FAR superior to lawl, lulz, etc. this is an undeniable fact.

however, personally to express laughter i usually say fdgdsgsd or hahafdkjssjdk.

Lol doesn't even really mean "laugh out loud" anymore. xD It's like... it's its own word with it's own disputable meaning now. lol.

I would never stop using lol. I think lol is wayyy better than haha, lawl, lul, etc. Those other ones just look stupid to me, and I only use them when I'm mocking someone.

I also hate lmao for some reason. I don't know why, but I do. But rofl is okay to use when the situation calls for more than just lol.

But I love the laughing face. I use it all the time. xD

Lol is about the only internet term that I use. It doesn't... really bother me at all.

Meh, I usually say, "Haha." I don't use LoL, because I don't like the way it pronounces in my head, and it makes me think of preps. If I really "LoL" then I just say, "I laughed."

I used to hate 'lol' with a passion.

I'm not keen on it either. When I am joking I will use :P or ;) and when I find something funny I'll use XD. It's better than lol. Lol sounded good at first but now it sounds kinda dumb.

There's also the chance that you'll end up using lol so much that you'll wanna laugh irl and just end up saying lol loadsa times. That will be mighty embarrassing...

I use hehe.
