My will's pretty weak as well because, as I said earlier, I eat when I'm bored. :( If you can find a way to distract yourself from eating until you're really hungry, that helps a lot. Doesn't have to be exercise, either, I've spent most of my time playing video games in the past week when I'm not at college.
I hate treadmills but I like talking walks so it balances out. I used to hate working out in PE too and I really don't see anything fun in going to the gym where there are other people either, so I totally get where you're coming from.
if you're going to try the Special K diet, make sure you eat the cereal for breakfast and lunch (or breakfast and dinner - just don't eat it for your BIGGEST/MAIN meal), and have a proper main meal rather than anything light lunch-y type meal, like a sandwich, because you really need a proper balanced meal to go with it. :/ I knew one girl who did the Special K diet and had a Slim-Fast Milkshake as her other meal, which is... not wise. At all.
I keep trying to do this but I'm really weird with fruit (not to mention my parents keep buying the junk food in the first place so it's there despite the fact I don't want it) and I only really like stuff with stones in it (like peaches, plums, cherries, etc.) and they're usually either not ripe by the start of the week or they're mouldy by the end. :( I do keep trying though!
I've heard that works as well; one of my friends is doing that and she's been getting her weight down that way.
Yeah, working out generally turns the fat into muscle (although I could do with that too considering I'm terribly weak, especially on the arms), which is why I generally haven't done that. I just need to exercise more, mostly. Aww, man, the pants issue. :( Most of mine fit fine but some of them don't quite go over my hips properly so I have to end up wearing a belt with them and it's not all that comfortable when I'm sitting down for ages. :/
i'm trying to lose weight now. since june 5th, i've lost 13 pounds.
basically, what i do is cut the serving sizes in half. i measure everything. i've also cut sliced bread out of my diet, it's helping. i've sworn never to eat while i'm driving again. i used to go shopping and always bought a bag of chex mix or animal crackers to munch on in the car. it used to be probably one of my worst habits. i've been trying to cut out soda, but it's really hard since i love my caffeine.
most people think that they're hungry when they're actually thirsty! drinking alot of water will help.

Well I had my baby back in February, and I had gained 54 pounds during the pregnancy. I lost the weight in the worst way possible.. I just hardly ate cuz I didn't have time or was too stressed out.
I worked out a little bit at home, just to tighten up my ab muscles. Other than that, I wish I would have done it a lot healthier. :(

i've started jogging (and even though every one is tellin me i dont need to lose weight, i do) and i have been riding my bike at least once a day

2000 calories maximum a day, running for 10-20 minutes at about 9 pm so it's cooler out, 90 crunches/30 leg lifts/50 squats/30 reverse crunches.
i've been losing weight because, well, i havent had much of an appetite lately. usually i do and i eat sooo so so much. even though i've been wanting to lose weight :/ i still check the nutrition facts on everything. old habits die hard i guess.
I've lost a little bit of weight since summer started. It helps to not be surrounded by greasy, delicious cafeteria food each day. I'm really lazy when it comes to exercising, but I have to force myself sometimes. I've been doing a little bit of DDR, doing situps, and lifting light weights.
But the strange thing is, if I start eating healthy, my stomach forgets how to digest junk foods. It's scary. I had pizza at my friend's house the other day on the 4th of July, and my stomach was not happy. D: My stomach has also hated fast food for the past two years.
Just for money's sake, I often have ramen. But I don't use the flavor packet because it adds too much sodium.
UH, i sleep a lot and don't eat. I dislike exercising, though I have a wiifit that I enjoy doing and need to start up again, i got lazy with that. ):
I tend to eat only one proper meal a day and maybe have a snack or two within the hours that I am up. I also have a can or two of pop (which has been ginger ale; sparkling green tea ginger ale to be exact ). I am such an unhealthy eater, though when I do have that proper meal, it is healthy since it's how my mother cooks.
I already weigh 93lbs, i don't need to be losing more weight really! I tend to stay in the 90-100lbs area all the time, so I don't need to worry about losing weight, nor do I want to gain it though. (:
Honestly, if you have the right yummy, healthy foods, it's pretty easy to loose weight. It just takes a while with effort.
Here are some tips; Just don't drink sodas and high calorie juices. Drink water or tea (without tons of sugar or honey though, xD). Rule out junk food. You can have some once in a while, but don't over-do it. One healthy food I eat is 'light' soups. They're like 120 calories, a little more or less which is amazing for a giant bowl full. I can't even finish the whole thing! Also exercise is your friend. Good luck!
I don't need to lose weight XD But I'd say: Exercise, Eat healthy, Limit eating junk food, Do not starve yourself or anything(I've /heard/ that if you do this, you lose muscle before you lose fat. Muscle as in your heart. So instead of losing fat, you hurt your heart.) and I can't remember anything else XD
I'd say mainly, eat healthy and exercise.
i'velost weight but i didn't even try i just been playing with my sisters out side and walk to the store when i wont something.i also get bored and just walk around so im at least doing something.and also my moms just about have to buy all new wardrobe for me

Really, I've just slept and drunken flavoured water. ): I've lost my appetite and people keep telling me I look skinnier and skinnier. Not recommended.
I lost nearly 20 pounds a couple summers ago. I was never fat, but now I'm at 110 pounds, which is where I'd like to stay, since I have a petite figure and all.
To lose weight all I did was start eating healthy and watching portions. Instead of eating two hot dogs, just eat one. Instead of eating half of a steak, eat a quarter with some corn or green beans. It worked wonders. I have a naturally speedy metabolism, so you can only imagine how much I was eating beforehand for my metabolism to not even be able to burn it off lol /:
