I notice that when they release a ton of the same item at once, like they did with all the striped hats, they get lazy with item descriptions. Some of the can be as simple as a single word or emote.

Reminds me of when I found out in the Pokemon games that Aerodactyl and Vileplume sound the same, and so do Machop and Omanyte. xD

The other one is a medium-rarity, restockable item, that vends OFTEN in Grave Digger

I've never noticed anything upside down like that but I remember when there were a few books that looked the same but they've revamped them since then.
