My MM has sent me one fireside item today and that's it, in addition to returning a candy I sent them. But you know what, that's okay! It might make me a little sad that we couldn't play more together, and I might feel bad that maybe they didn't like my gifts, but it's still okay! I hope they liked getting my little candy treat and happy hello stickers, and I hope they're having a wonderful holiday season. So I might not go on and bomb them silly. But that doesn't mean I don't hope they enjoy the little gifts that I sent them! That doesn't mean I might not send them more little gifts if I have time through the day. That doesn't mean I'm wishing a plague on all their houses.

I try to remember that the season's about GIVING. Not getting. Being mad that someone else isn't giving is really just being mad that you aren't getting. You can only control your actions. You can't make them see the magic of a wintery season, but you can lead by example in just trying to be happy and kind in all you do, big or small ^_^

I know it's hard when all you want to do is have someone who plays the communication game with you, even just with little things, and they won't respond ( believe me, that's my favorite pat of Melody). And I know it's hard when they return your gifts, because that stings a little. But maybe they don't know any better. Maybe they're busy. Maybe they're new and aren't sure what to do. Maybe they don't understand they get the same person who is giving to them. Now maybe they shouldn't have signed up for Melody then...but you also just never know. It's hard, and it's saddening, but at least you've tried your best to brighten their day!

Today my MM just up and vanished on me. I guess my good run of MMs is officially at an end!

I seem to have an inactive MM. They joined after me, and I sent over a a few "communication" stickers, and no response. Argh. I tried, really, I did. Anything, just to say that you actually care would be fine. rants Other MMs so far have been lovely, though :) Thank you so much to those kind people for making my first Luminaire at Subeta a great experience~

I personally love sending expensive things, regardless of whether my partner can return the gesture. I just sent my MM a CW and they conveyed through items how grateful they were, and I personally love that. I don't really need the expensive reciprocation. I know I made that user happy, and that made me happy. c:

My mm didn't even make an effort today :( I sent over hello gifts when they joined and nothing.. :( I sent items to show I was sad after a few hours and moved on. At least all my other ones made an effort in some way, even if it was one item! Ugh why do people do thiisss... I want to play :(

We didn't send items to communicate our interests, but they got mine spot on. (3 items crossed off my WL)

I tried to send some stuff back similar to what they sent me. I hope I spoiled them enough! And just as I thought they were done for the day, they sent a few more. Thank you MM for making my day!! :D ❤

I think I had a newbie today. :p I tried to spoil them earlier, but they didn't seem to get any of my attempts at communication, so I dunno if I sent them stuff they liked. But as long as they stayed active, so did I. c: Also they sent me two wishlist items which totally made my day. :D

My first MM was awesome and sent a lot of high price stuff, and I hope I returned the favor as well as I could. My second MM was non existent. I only sent two items but it was mostly to test the waters to see if they'd send back. No such luck. Oh well, try try again right? :)
