Darkness encases, fire embraces,
Wind dances, water chances,
Souls prey, hearts play,
Voices yell, people dwell,
And day turns to night, it won’t be alright,
Darkness now prowls, fire now yowls,
wind flees, waters tease,
souls stalk, hearts mock,
voices scream, people dream...</p>

<p>Shadows cross her fingertips,
a smile upon her face.
Something foul upon the wind
comes from another place.</p>
<p>A night is lost in twilight,
another in the sun.
All things that should not unwind
begin to come undone.</p>
<p>Simple marks upon her brow,
the things she can&;t erase.
And there is something on the wind,
you can see it in her face.</p>
<p>Another night in shadow,
her smile fades away
and disappears to nothingness
as darkness turns to day.</p>

I got the same message and gift, but I'm still not totally sure if it's the same anon. I wish you'd give us some way to identify that these are all by you, anon. All of the poems are lovely!
[Edit] I just received confirmation that the last couple of poems are NOT from the same anon, guys. The first two poems were made by a different person. I received this message, and another totally awesome poem. I really like this one, anon. :3

If darkness is real, or is it light?
If air really is there, or if the future really is a mystery?
All the different answers to one question?
All the different outcomes for one situation, if you had only changed one word?
There are so many things that cross my mind each day, in the thousand universes.
These are maybe a minute&;s worth, but I won&;t bother you with a thousand more verses.</p>
