Afaik Keith "activates" the trees manually each year so, as long as he's offline, I don't have much any hope.

You will get an event with a link that leads you here to view your presents. You can see who gave you what there and the presents will be in your inventory afterwards :3

I agree, there should be a script to open them -- it'd save the staff time and make it so that they can focus on family more.

This is torture. Torture! I'm so excited and anxious and curious! I understand the staff has family and friends, but darnit! I wish this process were automatic. THE ANTICI....PATION is killing me!

I'm glad the process isn't automatic... It feel like it has the potential for being a "site-crasher"... If that happened, without staff online to fix problems and control the situation, no telling how long it would be before they got the site back up and running again.

To avoid making myself anxious over it, I always convince there is the real possibility it'll be the 26th before it happens. That way, I'm always thrilled when it happens on the 25th, no matter the time of day or night. LOL

Eh, the problem is that the script can malfunction so if there isn't a programmer online, lots of shit can happen :/ Still, I do wish there was a way to proof a script that would run at midnight, or at least as soon as someone from the programming team can be online. Not cool if this is something we have to rely on Keith alone to do...

Keith'll open them later today. He opens them all at once with his blessing so be patient, it's only 1:17 PM EST.
