They're survivors of the zombie apocalypse, forced to become scavengers, travelling from town to town, picking out things that they want and moving on to the next. Sid is always wearing his red harness and his ears are usually up on point or sometimes(as shown in the ref), relaxed and down. A lot of their stuff is battered and torn, like his ears, her skirt, her tank, hair is disheveled, etc. Also, my current HA is pretty much as close to them as I could get. :D

I'm sorry if I got his anatomy kind of wrong. I'm still so awful at humans. I'm not at the level where I can really pick up on what to draw to make a certain feature appear in a certain way. If that makes any sense. hahaha!

claim! I'd like my claimer to draw either Shylarah or Bits.

Bits has long, wavy blue hair that she usually lets fall in front of her face, and deep blue eyes. She generally wears bell-bottom jeans and a shirt or hoodie. She also has a blue bracelet on her left wrist, composed of blue plates. She's quite shy, but a sweet and cheerful person when she's comfortable. References: here and here. There is often a floral pattern on one leg of her jeans like in this picture, but I forgot to include it in the second example.

Shylarah is a character from a different universe, who speaks poor English and isn't entirely comfortable with the way things work in our world. She prefers to wear halter tops and hide pants, clothes that are easy to move in, since she's used to being ready for a fight at any time -- her world is not very safe. She wears her sword in a sheath at her left hip when she's not using it. She has very wide violet eyes, and pointed ears that stick straight out from the sides of her head. She also has translucent wings which, when not in use, fold down against her back so they appear to be simply draped pieces of fabric. References here, here, and a headshot. If you want a reference for how her wings fold and unfold, I have an old drawing here of a fae with a similar type of wing, with her wings a little over half-flared.

It's done! I hope you like her. This is the first time I've done any shading on a separate layer. New techniques for the win! ^.^

Cara's an anthro. She's a somewhat stocky otter with bright red hair that she wears in a short french braid. She always has her battle axe with her. She's trying to follow her father's footsteps in becoming a member of a mercenary guild. When she's on a mission or expecting trouble, she wears her armor, which is a combination of chain and plate mail. When she's just out on the street, a sleeveless vest, pants, and tall boots are what she prefers. References: here. Disregard the human face and body type, these are for clothes and hair only: this is what she'd look like in armor, and this is what she'd look like in casual wear.

Gray is just a kid -- eleven years old, at the moment. He's a mage, and always wears gray robes and carries a staff. He's very excitable and cheerful. When he gets scared, he panics and runs flailing in a circle. Him either showing off his staff or running in a circle yelling "Aaah!" would be great! Here's a reference for him. Please note, his robe is actually gray.
